In response to these challenges, organisations have been deploying e-business technologies to reach and interact with customers more effectively, enhance employee output, and increase operating efficiency. E-business technology such as the Internet, corporate sites, collaborative equipment, mobile and wireless interaction media include eliminated traditional boundaries of time and location and created virtual communities of workers, customers and suppliers, with new requirements for services and products. Organisations had been transforming all their operations through converting all their existing information system architectures into web-enabled systems and automating a variety of business processes.
